  Summary

 

SAHAYOG has been working on reproductive rights since 1993, and consolidated its conceptual framework at the time of the Cairo UN Conference on Population and Development of 1994.

SAHAYOG has worked on the issue at the community level from 1996, and conducted numerous training programmes, workshops, research and campaigns as well as brought out publications on the issue.

SAHAYOG has also been part of starting networks to advocate for reproductive rights at the national level as well as regional and state levels.
