  Summary

RIM’s volunteer program was launched in September 2000. 66 were identified, trained and placed in the villages, with the help of NGOs in each state.
The plan is to gradually scale up the program towards a movement. Of these 55 volunteers are still working in 165 villages. RIM is impacting 30000 people in 100 villages in 11 states, through 57 sponsored volunteers and 25 partner NGOs.

One of RIM's primary programs is called Samaj Shilpi program.
