- Empower street children with knowledge and skills necessary to protect their rights as children.

- Provide them necessary support and assistance for re-instatement in their families where possible and help them develop as respected and productive citizens.

- Use Convention on the Rights of the Child as a major tool for ensuring Government and public accountability to the well being of all vulnerable children.
