  Summary

APD has always responded positively to the needs of the disabled in the community and will continue to do so. The changes that education brings about in the lives of children with disabilities are the positive reinforcement for APD to carry on with the development work for the disabled both in Rural and Urban communities. This has been definitely possible because of the immense support we got and continue to get from individuals and institutions that believed in our endeavors.
