  NGO Goals

 

 

The SEED organization was founded in 1982 at Sriperambadur, TamilNadu with 27 children. Now it has around 300 children. The aim of the NGO is to impart life oriented education as propounded by Mahatma Gandhi to make the children of life prisoners, leprosy patients , and also deserted and abandoned children to stand on their own feet and face the future with courage and skills.


  Achievements

 

-As first time in the history of the State, a Government Order was issued to admit the children of Life Prisoners, leprosy patients and other socially deprived children in SEED.
-As a first time, in the history of the State, 10 days special leave ( parole ) was given to the prisoners to see their children by the Government each year during Gandhi Jayanthi Celebration
-250 children completed more...
