Together with government and other non government organizations, CSRA aims to contribute to the creation and defense of the possibilities for women and men through out Birbhum district to claim their rights and articulate their aspirations - in their households, their communities, their state, and as Indian citizens.

CSRA has deliberately set vision, mission and values by conducting lot of exercise with its team members.

The VISION of CSRA is to uplift the marginalised rural people and promote self governance with ever widening thought and action to move forward.
