Michael and Swathi are a husband and wife team of AID Saathis. have devoted themselves full time to the development of Juna Murda a village in Gujarat. They started out by working towards gaining the trust and acceptance of the village; once this was achieved they began to introduce ideas for different development activities. They have since focused their energies on various aspects of rural development work like marketing of pulses, education, healthcare, watershed management and so on.
