Ganatar is an NGO based in Gujrat working to facilitate the education
of children of migrant workers. Following the earthquake, Ganatar has
been working on the relief and rehabilitation of the affected people.
Ganatar is proposing reconstruction of a primary school in Odu village
that has been destroyed during the earthquake.

Rehabilitation: Ganatar has initiated its rehabilitation program focusing on children in Anjar and Bhachau blocks of Kutchh and Halvad, Dhangadhra in Surendranagar and Santalpur in Patan. All these regions are severely affected by the earthquake and under thee impact of second consecutive drought that in turn makes the situation worst.

Objectives: * To ensure enrollment and retention of all the school going children. * To ensure timely reconstruction of the school in the village. * To ensure earthquake resistant reconstruction of the school. * To strengthen the community ownership of our intervention.
