Especially in education aspect there are so many villages without giving primary education facility. Though some villages have primary education facility, girls are not encouraged to go to schools. They are sparing for domesric help and for childcare. Drop
out rate of girls is very high. The literacy rate of this area is only 3%. So, there is a vast need to encourage girls education if we provide vocational training
cum education, girls will come to the school because they will earn vocational skills
as well as get some income. This project will attempt to provide space for young girls in the target area for meaningful and fruitful educational opportunities. It will start about 10 schools in 10 villages with the objective of developing leadership skills and future volunteers among the young women.

Aranyika has successfully organized these courses for the period of two years as planned. After the completeion of the courses, many students and volunteers are still involved with other activities of Aranyika in the areas they work.
