The vision of the NGO - To establish a progressive, peaceful and a just society based on the values of equality, fraternity and mutual help.
Their Mission - To educate, organize and empower the rural poor to promote development as a liberating force for achieving social justice, economic growth and self-reliance.



 
 

  Achievements

 

 

NBJK runs these centers in the slums and in the remotest areas of Jharkhand and Bihar so that the poor can avail the facility of quality education. These NFE centers act as a bridge for the poor drop outs to enter the government schools. Some of the NBJK schools hold regular computer classes, have well-equipped science labs and their libraries have the latest books and magazines to make their education at par with private schools in the cities and towns. To provide a channel for the student''''''''s creativity, extra curricular activities are also organized frequently in all the educational centers of NBJK.

 

  Goals

 

 

The NGO''''''''s target focus is on addressing the disadvantage children, adolescent girls and their mothers in the slums of Patna. Presently NBJK is targeting to work in 09-slum area namely Nooranibag, Saidpur, Shahganj, Sultanganj, DankaImli, Malahipakri, Lohanipur, Chaitola and Kajipur. In these slum areas the NGO will be intervening in 30 sub-slums (mohalla).
