Udyan is a fulltime residential care service for orphaned and abandoned children. It is a child Village spread over 11 acre piece of land in the outskirts of Jaipur city. There are residential facilities for children besides the school, library and computer section, medical centre, meditation centre, vocational training units, staff quarters, mess and ample space for play activities. The goals of Udyan are to enable orphaned and abandoned children grow into responsible adults and live a happy and productive life, developing self sustaining skills among children, and offer the option of vocational training to children after they at least finish their primary education. Udyan offers training in baking, cooking, tailoring, mechanical training, plumbing, electrical work, and dairy farming.
