This is the second phase of the project "ensuring transparency in PWD and research on SEZ using RTI" (Project Db ID# 437).

While RTI has been in existence for the last three years, transparency and accountability has yet to be institutionaized in public offices. To counter the governments lack of will in breaking the curtain wall, the civil society needs to apply public pressure. This project aims to acheive openness in the governments functioning by sustained RTI awareness and use by the citizenry in the functionings of the public offices in Delhi
