RVC is a long term AID partner. AID Boston in the past, had supported multiple projects by RVC. This amount($5000) is for flood relief and Rehab for 2008 flood. Specific details of spending has not been finalized yet but - sanitation and Safe drinking water ( short term - water purification, long term - Tube wells on elevated ground to prevent contamination) have been prioritized to be the support area of this funding.





RVC has been present in the communities for a longer period of time and well represented by the affected communities themselves. RVC has also worked in the affected areas on long term Flood prevention planning with AID support.





Prioritized goals: * Stop spreading Water born diseases by providing safe drinking water and storage facilities. * Provide safe and decent sanitary facilities. Long-term goals: * Provide emergency shelter. * Stop spreading mosquito born diseases by providing mosquito nets and blankets.
