Agrarian crisis has to be addressed in a holistic manner. As a result of this understanding, in consultation with farmers, experts and various groups, the following critical issues need to be taken up as a campaign and taken to groups and farmers across the nation. 1. Ensuring Income for the Farmers – through Direct Income Support 2. Reviving ecologically sustainable and traditional methods of farming. 3. Removing the globalisation of our agriculture produce. 4. No to farm technology like GM crops, and Hybrids – refocus on “Land to Lab”.
